I volunteer as Director of Safety and Security for my Church, am an attorney and a certified NRA pistol instructor; I have drafted our emergency plans, Security Ministry Policy and Procedure, and organized our trainings.

But, I also know how important it is!

Your Church needs emergency plans to prevent chaos or worse in an emergency. Each Security teammate needs to know their function, so they can individually and collectively carry out the team’s mission.

Drafting and implementing Policy and emergency plans came with challenges, like legal and insurance issues.

That’s why I have created this website with resources for Church leaders and Safety and Security Ministry members (e.g. blog and training), and am writing a “How To Develop A Church Security Plan” E-book.
